Open Question: I signed a lease after my husband received PCS orders.?

I was going to stay in Georgia and not PCS with my husband. I had signed a lease on an apt for a year. Now I have decided that I want to be with him. Does the apt complex still have to honor his current PCS orders, his name is on the lease I signed. PLEASE HELP.... Read More »
